Now you can bet on cricket matches from your computer

admin | 2010-10-05

After creating the RouletteCricket site, we got together to make a web-based version of the game. This way, cricket fans can bet online while they comfortably watch matches on TV. The game is available on the website. Bets are open for the next match.

Together with Coca-Cola, we’re putting together the world’s largest band!

admin | 2010-01-18

All you have to do is record your version of the song “Te amo,” by Makano. You can sing or play guitar, keyboard, drums or whatever other instrument you have handy. If you don’t know how, we’ll show you at the site.
Cactus and Ogilvy have joined up for this Coca-Cola campaign, which is already a success after only a few days online.
You can also keep up with all the news and details on Twitter and Facebook, or share and rate your favorite videos.
Go to the site and start tuning up!

A cactus in the road

admin | 2009-12-02

Traveling the Silk Road, the exhibition on the ancient commercial and cultural route between East and West, opened on November 14 at the American Museum of National History in New York.

Once again Cactus was approached by the AMNH and asked to develop an online experience that would provide information on the show in a way that would prompt people to visit the exhibit in person.

With this premise in mind, we created a travel journal that takes the online visitor on a journey through four of the main cities along this ancient Asian route as it provides information on the different cultures and their customs.

The microsite also has a trivia section where the visitor can test the knowledge acquired in his or her “journey” through the site for a chance to win tickets to one of Yo-Yo Ma’s Silk Road Project performances.

Experience the wonder for yourself. Take a trip along this mysterious route full of riches and discoveries.

We continue to work with the American Museum of Natural History in New York.

admin |

We’re developing a new project for AMNH: the microsite for the “Silk Road” exhibit. The museum is preparing two large exhibits for each year. May saw the launching of Extreme Mammals, for which we created an innovative Augmented Reality experience (Extreme 3D). In November the Silk Road begins, an exhibit dedicated to the historical trade route known by that name. Cactus has the job of developing the microsite, a virtual preview of all the experiences in store for the public in the halls of the renowned museum.

A New Development in Augmented Reality, by Cactus

admin | 2009-09-11

We continue to work with augmented reality. This time it was for Sadesa.
For the presentation of their Spring-Summer 2011 season, we created an original, interactive application that allows users to experiment with various leathers on a shoe model and learn about their characteristics.
The result is an application that, aside from being innovative, attractive and interactive, is extremely useful in demonstrating how different leathers can be applied to footwear.
Go to the site and try it for yourself!
